1. 목회철학

“말씀목회, 가정목회, 사역목회, 찬양목회, 제자목회, 선교목회, 징검다리목회”
⑴ 예배: 역동적이면서 영감 있는 예배(설교, 찬양, 기도)를 추구하는 교회 (요4:24)
⑵ 교제: 사랑의 소그룹 관계(구역, 선교회)를 중요시하는 교회 (요13:34-35, 행2:41-47)
⑶ 성장: 모든 성도를 훈련하여 예수님의 참 제자로 만드는 교회 (엡4:11-16)
⑷ 사역: 모든 성도가 성령의 은사를 따라 섬기는 교회 (고전12:4-27)
⑸ 전도: 주님의 명령을 따라 생활전도를 추구하는 교회 (마28:18-20, 요1:40-42)
⑹ 선교: 성령의 권능을 받아 복음을 땅끝까지 증거하는 교회 (행1:8)
⑺ 찬양: 찬양을 통해 하나님께 영광 돌리는 교회 (시150:1-6)
⑻ 교육: 체계적이고도 모범적인 교육을 추구하는 교회 (딤후3:15-17)
⑼ 능률: 단순하면서도 기능적인 구조를 중시하는 교회 (출18:17-26, 행6:1-7)
⑽ 열정: 열정적으로 믿고 기도하는 교회 (행1:8-14, 행2:1-4)
⑾ 적용: 예수님의 사랑을 실천하는 교회 (수1:8, 고전13:4-7, 갈5:22-23, 엡4:15)

2. 목회가치

1) 목회중심가치관
⑴ 진실 되고 온전한 예배 (예배)
우리는 영감 있는 말씀과 찬양을 통한 진실 되고 온전한 예배에 대한 가치를 중요시 한다.
⑵ 친밀한 교제 (교제)
우리는 교인간의 친밀한 교제에 대한 가치를 중요시 한다.
⑶ 말씀 중심의 양육 및 훈련 (성장)
우리는 교인들이 양육되고 사역자로서 사역하도록 훈련하고 동원하는데 대한 가치를 중요시 한다.
⑷ 교회와 지역사회 그리고 국가를 섬기는 봉사 (사역)
우리는 교회 내에서와 지역사회 속에서 그리고 국가를 섬기는 봉사에 대한 가치를 중요시 한다.
⑸ 잃어버린 영혼에 대한 관심과 선교적 사명에 대한 비전 (증거)
우리는 하나님께서 잃어버린 영혼을 귀히 여기는 것처럼 이들에게 관심을 가지는 가치와 주님의
선교적 사명(대위임 명령, 마 28:19-20)에 대한 비전을 갖는 것에 대한 가치를 중요시 한다.

⑵ 기능을 다하는 공동체 (기능적 행정의 원리)
성경적으로 기능을 다하는 공동체가 되는데 대한 가치를 중요시한다.
⑶ 변화에 적응하는 사역 (적응사역의 원리)
시대적으로, 지역적으로, 문화적으로 변화에 적응하는 사역에 대한 가치를 중요시 한다.
⑷ 사람의 다양한 은사 (은사배치의 원리)
사람의 다양한 은사에 대한 가치를 중요시 한다.
⑸ 열정적 헌신 (헌신의 원리)
그리스도와 그의 목적을 위해 열정적으로 헌신하는 데 대한 가치를 중요시 한다.
⑹ 서로 협력하는 팀사역 (팀사역의 원리)
서로 협력하는 팀사역에 대한 가치를 중요시 한다.
⑺ 삶의 변화 (양육의 원리)
소그룹 및 일대일 양육을 통해 최대로 일어나리라고 믿는 삶의 변화에 대한 가치를 중요시 한다.
⑻ 단순성과 탁월성 (사역성의 원리)
사역의 단순성과 탁월성에 대한 가치를 중요시 한다.
⑼ 개인과 공동체의 성장 (성장의 원리)
개인과 공동체(교회, 사회, 민족, 열방)의 성장에 대한 가치를 중요시 한다.
⑽ 한 사람이 또 다른 한 사람을 세움 (멘토링의 원리)
자원을 가진 한 사람이 또 다른 한 사람을 세워가는 세움에 대한 가치를 중요시 한다.

3. 목회사명

1) 사명선언문
“한 영혼 구원하고 한 생명 돌아보자 ”
우리 교회의 사명은 전통적인 장로교회의 신앙의 뿌리를 둔 교회로서
감격적인 예배안에서 사람들을 하나님께 드리는 예배로 인도하고 (마22:37-40, 요4:24, 롬12:1-2),
사랑으로 교제함으로써 하나님의 가족이 되게 하고 (요13:34-35, 고전12:12-27),
그리스도의 장성한 분량인 성숙한 그리스도의 제자에 이르도록 양육하고 (엡4:11-16),
교회에서 은사를 따라 사역하고 (고전12:4-11),
세상에서 선교하도록 균형 있게 잘 준비시킴으로써 (마28:18-20, 요1:40-42, 골1:28),
우리 모두가 함께 하나님께 영광과 찬양을 돌려드리는 삶을 사는 것이다 (행2:41-47, 고전10:41).

⑴ 예배공동체 : 영광스러운 하나님의 임재를 체험하는 감동적인 교회
⑵ 가정공동체 : 온 성도가 한 가족으로 사랑을 나누는 교회
⑶ 사역공동체 : 모든 성도가 믿음 안에서 함께 사역하는 교회
⑷ 찬양공동체 : 하나님을 찬미하며 은혜를 나누는 교회
⑸ 제자공동체 : 말씀과 기도 가운데 참 제자가 되는 교회
⑹ 선교공동체 : 온 세상에 예수 그리스도를 증거하는 교회
⑺ 징검다리공동체 : 어른들이 이끌어주고 자녀들이 섬기는 교회

4. 목회비젼

1) 5대 비젼문 (Vision Statement)
⑴ 예배 : 예배를 통해 하나님을 섬긴다.
– 불신자를 출석교인으로 하나님을 경배케 한다.
⑵ 교제 : 교제를 통해 성도의 하나 됨을 지킨다.
– 출석교인을 등록교인으로 하나 된 가족으로 만든다.
⑶ 성장 : 성장을 통해 장성한 그리스도의 제자가 되게 한다.
– 등록교인을 양육과 훈련을 통해 헌신교인으로 세우며 가르친다.
⑷ 사역 : 사역을 통해 주님의 몸된 교회를 세운다.
– 헌신교인을 사역, 섬김을 통해 핵심교인으로 무장시킨다.
⑸ 증거 : 증거를 통해 세상에 그리스도를 전한다.
– 모든 교인을 전도, 선교의 증거적 삶을 통해 지역사회와 세상을 복음화한다.

5. 목회목표

“하나님께서 역사하시는 교회”

1) 하나님이 기뻐하시는 교회
하나님께 영광 돌리는 교회 – 하나님의 마음에 합한 교회
하나님의 뜻에 순종하는 교회 – 하나님의 선하시고 기뻐하시고 온전하신 뜻을 분별하는 교회
하나님의 나라를 확장하는 교회 – 하나님의 말씀을 땅 끝까지 전하는 교회

2) 예수님 안에서 행복한 교회
예수님의 이름으로 믿음의 역사가 나타나는 교회 – 꿈과 비전이 있는 교회 (청소년)
예수님의 심장으로 사랑의 수고가 있는 교회 – 자녀와 부모가 행복한 교회 (중년)
예수님의 마음으로 소망과 인내가 있는 교회 – 남은 삶을 믿고 맡기며 의지할 수 있는 교회 (장년,노년)

3) 성령님의 역사로 세상을 변화시키는 교회
성령님의 위로로 섬기며 나누는 교회 – 은혜와 사랑이 넘치는 교회
성령님의 인도로 진실되고 정직하고 바르게 행하는 교회 – 그리스도인으로 인정받는 교회

Family: A church that values small group relationships (districts, missions) of love (John 13:34-35, Acts 2:41-47)
Discipleship: A church that trains all believers to become true disciples of Jesus (Ephesians 4:11-16)
Ministry: A church where all members serve according to the gift of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:4-27)

Mission

Mission statement: “Let’s save one soul and turn around one life”

The mission of our church is to share the Good News and lead people to Jesus Christ. We encourage people to worship God (Matthew 22:37-40, John 4:24, Romans 12:1-2). With love and fellowship, we become part of God’s family (John 13:34-35, 1 Corinthians 12:12-27). We nurture and train people to become mature disciples of Christ (Ephesians 4:11-16). We minister according to the gifts in the church (1 Corinthians 12:4-11). We offer preparation for missionary work in the world (Matthew 28:18-20, John 1:40-42, Colossians 1:28). We all worship and live to bring glory and praise to God (Acts 2:41-47, 1 Corinthians 10:41).
